As part of a successful long-standing cooperation, BTD Newmedia completely redesigned the live ticker for T-Online Sport. The new look ticker now offers all information on current sport events like football, Formula 1, cycling or tennis in real time.
The ticker features many innovative functions to keep users highly satisfied. Highlights include live commentating, live pictures and videos from the event pager with acoustic paging and a feedback function. This allows users to contact the editor directly during transmission e.g. to ask questions about the match in progress.
Lots of additional details, comprehensive diagrams, picture galleries and live tables / match status enhance this innovative system which was exclusively developed using Flash for Deutsche Telekom. Besides development and implementation, BTD Newmedia is also responsible for the latter´s hosting in BTD´s own high-performance computer centre.
